He narrated his own first hand experiences under the draconian law of AFSPA, where he witnessed the atrocities committed by the Indian Army on the Naga public. “Despite the peaceful situation in our State, AFSPA is extended again and again,” Nukhu said and urged the House to take the extension of Disturbed Area Act which empowers AFSPA seriously, as Nagaland is no more a disturbed area. Disability Certification Camp Tuli, March 30 (DIPR): The Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Sushil Kumar Patel has informed that a Disability Certification Camp is being organized at Tuli and Changtongya on April 1. At Tuli, the Camp will be held at Hospital Tuli from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and at Changtongya it will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Hospital Changtongya. All the differently-abled persons who are not having Disability Certificate have been requested to attend the camp.
