
Bade village to be adopted as SAGY’s Model Village Dimapur, July 6 (MExN): The Nagaland Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) KG Kenye will be launching the adoption of Bade Village as Model Village under Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) on July 8. It will be launched in the presence of the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur and the State Nodal Officer, SAGY (Nagaland) at the Community Hall, Bade Village under Dhansiripar Block, Dimapur at 11AM. In view of that, the Government Officials, Public Leaders and well wishers are invited to grace the launching programme. ANHTU urges DDOs Dimapur, July 6 (MExN): While the Government of Nagaland has already released the salary of CSS Hindi Teacher for 5(five) months i.e., October 2016 to February 2017, some DDOs is yet to release the salaries. Information are being received from the District Unit that some of the DDOs have not paid the salary for the said months, the All Nagaland Hindi Teachers Union stated in a press note. In this regard, ANHTU urged the concern DDOs to release the salary of the CSS Hindi Teachers at the earliest. NSSATA elects new officials Dimapur, July 6 (MExN): The Nagaland Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Teachers’ Association (NSSATA) has elected its new officials for the tenure 2017-2019 during a General Executive Meeting cum Election held at Ungma Kiti Hall, Old Ministers’ Hill Kohima, on the July 6. According to a NSSATA press note, the new team will be headed by Penthungo Y. Yanthan as President; Neipusa as General Secretary. The association has also elected Kilangla Ajem as its Spokesperson. Another 18 other officials and 11District Representatives were also appointed during the meeting.
