ANHTU Kohima unit urges to release salary Kohima, July 12 (MExN): The All Nagaland Hindi Teachers' Union (ANHTU), Kohima unit today highlighted that the salary of 1379 Hindi Teachers appointed under CSS has been pending since February 2016, due to which, the teachers are facing untold hardship in maintaining their livelihood and performing their duties. Therefore, it has appealed to the Department of School Education and the Government to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and release the pending salaries as the teachers have been performing their duties without being paid from February 2016 till date. Food & Civil Supplies director informs on NFSA Dimapur, July 12 (MExN): The Director of Food & Civil Supplies, Nagaland, Alun Hangsing today informed that the department is taking up constant exercises to bring all the districts in the state under National Food Security Act (NFSA) 2013. The Act was launched for Kohima and Dimapur districts on June 27 this year. In this regard, all the beneficiaries concerned (under AAY and PHH) have been instructed to submit respective Aadhaar number for seeding in the Ration Cards as it has become necessary to produce Aadhaar number for the purpose of establishing identity of an individual as a condition for receipt of subsidy, benefit or service.
