Guwahati, December (MExN): The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to cancel or short originate the services of few trains due to track renewal and maintenance work in Malda division of Eastern Railway as farmers’ agitation in Firozpur division of Northern Railway, an official release informed.
The cancellation of few trains will be effective up to January 21, 2022, informed the press release from the NFR Chief Public Relations Officer Guneet Kaur.
It include cancellation of Kolkata- Haldibari Express and cancellation/ short origination Amritsar – New Jalpaiguri Special, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – Kamakhya Express and Jammu Tawi – Guwahati Express, it added.
