Maligaon, May 23 (MExN): Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) organised a curtain raiser event on May 23 to mark the beginning of World Environment Day celebrations. The programme held at the Conference Hall of NFR Headquarters at Maligaon, Guwahati.
The event commenced in the presence of all PHODs, HODs and officers at HQ alongwith Divisional counterparts participating from their respective locations through video link. The programme marked the presence of NFR General Manager, Chetan Kumar Shrivastava and DP Dash, Advisor, Chennai Metro, as the chief guest.
DP Dash, Advisor, Chennai Metro in his lecture, through a live session, emphasised the integration of modern technology with eco-conscious planning in urban transit systems.
