NFR protection force nabs 13

Maligaon, March 17 (MExN): The Railway Protection Force (RPF) of Northeast Frontier Railway has allegedly nabbed 11 illegal migrants and two Indian agents during checks at Dharmanagar and Agartala railway stations of NF Railway during February 2025. In an incident on February 15, RPF team of Agartala conducted a routine drive at Agartala Railway Station. “While checking they detected two female Bangladeshi nationalsat the station,” Kapinjal Kishore Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer, NFR stated in a press release. “On interrogation, they could not provide any valid documents of their identity. Afterwards they confessed that they entered India illegally from Bangladesh.” Later, they were handed over to Officer In-charge/Government Railway Police/Agartala for further legal action.
