Maligaon, June 30 (MExN): Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has announced the conversion of Train No. 15715/15716 (Kishanganj–Ajmer–Kishanganj) Garib Nawaz Express from conventional ICF coaches to modern LHB (Linke Hofmann Busch) coaches, with effect from June 29.
The upgraded train, running tri-weekly, will offer improved ride quality, better safety standards and increased capacity, Kapinjal Kishore Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer, NFR stated in a press release.
Train No. 15715 Garib Nawaz Express operates from Kishanganj to Ajmer every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. It departs from Kishanganj at 05:50 hrs and arrives at Ajmer at 21:30 hrs on the second day of its journey. In its return direction, Train No. 15716 Garib Nawaz Express operates from Ajmer to Kishanganj on every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday as well, departing from Ajmer at 12:05hrsto arrive at Kishanganj at 03:00hrs on its third day of journey.
