Dimapur, July 17 (MExN): The Nagaland Goan Bura Federation (NGBF) has lauded the Governor RN Ravi and State Government for upgrading the existing post of Additional Deputy Commissioner to Deputy Commissioner, Noklak. Stating that Noklak is an important part of the state because of the international borders with Myanmar, the NGBF in a press release on July 16 welcomed the move of upgrading the subdivision into full-fledged District.
