DIMAPUR, APRIL 2 (MExN): Free Skill Enhancement & Employability Development (SEED) training was conducted for the second time in the month of March 2023 as a Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative by NITI.
More than 60 students benefited by the hands-on training on MS Office, Tally & Personality Development for Employability conducted by the Nationalist Institute of Innovation & Technology (NITI) at Marwari Patti Center.
It may be noted that more than one lakh unemployed youth are here in Nagaland, most of whom need to learn the practical aspects of the learning for proper application in any organisation, besides building proper resume & enhancing soft skills for employability, informed a press release. Further, the center is offering upto 50% scholarships to the meritorious students who have appeared X & XII Exams till April 15.
As such, faculties of NITI center have begun in a small way to contribute towards the eradication of the menace of unemployment from Nagaland. Most of the participants were from Dimapur, Choümukedima and Niuland. Participation Certificates were awarded to all who were present on all three days of training by the Head of Center, Software Engineer Rishav Sethi.
