
NIULAND, January 30 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Niuland has announced a cash incentive of Rs 5,000 for institutional deliveries conducted in any Community Health Center (CHC) or Primary Health Center (PHC) within Niuland district. In addition to this initiative, a mega plantation drive, scheduled from February 1 to March 31 under the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Mission Shakti initiative, will see five trees planted for every girl child aged 0 to 10 years. Participants are required to submit date-time stamped photos, including details such as the child’s name, date of birth, parent’s name, and village, via WhatsApp to 6909803445. Caretakers must ensure the survival of the trees and submit final photographic proof between December 1 and 15. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three participants, along with 20 consolation prizes. The initiative is exclusively for Niuland district residents.
