KOHIMA, APRIL 28 (MExN): The Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) & District Hub for Empowerment of women (DHEW), Niuland District organized a movie screening cum outreach program at Aghunaqa Kukami Hoho Hall on April 25. The event was aimed to promote awareness and empowerment among women.
According to a DIPR report, EAC Kelengunuo, in her keynote address, emphasized Mission Shakti's vision and the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao scheme. The program featured an invocation by Merryka Sumi, a short speech by S Boloka Jimo, SFL, and a vote of thanks by Tunato I Zhimo(GS). V. Vily Chophy (DMC) chaired over the event.
