Kohima, May 29 (MExN): The NNC Parent Body has condemned the formation of a new govt. by Kiumukum Yimchungrü. Terming the new formation “shameful and mockery to our homeland,” NNC in a press release issued by its Information & Publicity Wing questioned “how many governments will be in the Naga homeland.”
The NNC maintained that people are laughing as to how many governments, presidents, prime ministers, and kilonsers (ministers) will be there in Nagaland. “This is all because of some childish and ignorant leaders in the Naga political struggle by accident and with opportunistic mindset,” it added. “In fact, because of such activity the common people are affected and suffering immensely.”
Pointing out that the very Naga politics is wrongly and badly affected in the present context of crises in the homeland, the NNC said Naga people should condemn the so called leader and their activity in the society. “This is for the larger interest of the people and freedom.”
