Dimapur, July 7 (MExN): The NORPO has resolved not to be a part of the Rengma Hoho till the Hoho’s constitution is approved, while expressing support to ten villages not to append support to the Rengma Hoho. “Hoho cannot function without its constitution and guidelines, and for this matter ten villages had issued statement of their stand (in) local daily papers twice” a brief statement from NORPO president Kegwaseng Tep and General Secretary Khetu Kath stated. The NORPO extended full support to the stand of the ten villages’ resolution not to be a part of the Hoho till its constitution is approved. “(The) Rengma Hoho meeting fixed on 8th July at Tseminyu town by unknown person without giving the caller’s name cannot be considered as Rengma Hoho official meeting, and none of NORPO units will attend” the organization added.
