
Dimapur, April 10 (MExN): The North-East students of Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh shone at Aryans 10th Annual Cultural Extravaganza ‘Roshaan’. A large number of students from various districts of North-East mesmerized the whole crowd with their performances at the function recently held in Chandigarh. Sh. Rana KP Singh, Speaker, Punjab Vidhan Sabha was the chief guest, while Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges presided over the function. Students of B.Tech, MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, BA, B.Com, GNM, ANM, Law, M.Edu, Polytechnic Diploma etc participated in various cultural items representing their states including Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jammu Kashmir, North East etc. Dr. Anshu Kataria speaking on the occasion said that Aryans Group has students from all over the India studying in various courses. Besides studies, he maintained, extra co-curricular activities are equally important. They help in the overall development of the students, he added, according to a press release. On the occasion many renowned Punjabi singers including Monty-Waris, Virasat Sandhu, Salina Shelly, Noddy Khan-Youngest Rapper, Bollywood Comedian-Amritpal Singh Chotu etc enthralled the audience with their live performances. The young new artists were also honoured by the Group for their contribution in the Punjabi music industry.
