Kohima, February 25 (MExN): In response to the clarification sought by the Kohima Press Club (KPC) in regard to February 18 uncouth behaviour and cyber bullying off journalists by the Nagaland BJP's media convener, the party said it is not the party's intention to condone any outburst against any journalist.
In a letter to the President of KPC, National Spokesperson & Prabhari, Nagaland State, Nalin Kohli stated “let me place my record, my personal and my party’s stand that we believe in freedom of press and appreciate the good work of the media in Nagaland.”
Commenting KPC for highlighting the issue, he however, stated ‘it would not be correct of me to comment or intervene on personal relations between Sapralu and the concerned media person. It is left to the two to resolve issues, if any, between them.’
