NPF leaders highlight unity, development schemes at Zunheboto division meet

Zunheboto, March 27 (MExN): The fifth day of the central team-led Zunheboto Division constituencies tour programme was held at Millennium School Hall in Suruhuto under 33 Assembly Constituency on March 27. 

Khehoshe Yepthomi lauded Deputy Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly S Toiho Yepthomi for his oratory skills and leadership, describing him as one of the most respected leaders in the state, and assured full support from the Zunheboto division.

Kuhoi Zhimomi, general secretary (COB), urged youth and women wings to play an active role in society and contribute to community welfare. He also called for appointing an active press secretary and strengthening booth-level representation.

Vikaho Zhimomi, vice president, highlighted the importance of improving road connectivity in Suruhuto, a key link to other districts.

Atoizu Town Council chairperson Kitoli Naje encouraged continued community service and faith.

Kakheho Yepthomi, secretary (COB), NPF, spoke on various government schemes including PMKSY, NSDMA, PMEGP, PM-KISAN and PMAY, urging better coordination to avail benefits.

Other speakers included Shivikhu Shikhu, chairman of the advisory board, 33 A/C. The meeting stressed unity, coordination and inclusive development at the grassroots level.
