Mon, September 2 (MExN): The Naga People’s Front (NPF), Mon division has unanimously resolved to unite and work “wholeheartedly” for the 2018 elections under the leadership of Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu and Chief Minister TR Zeliang.
The resolution was made during a consultative meeting between the NPF Mon division and the NPF Central team led by BP Hanghu, General Secretary, NPF Central i/c Mon division on August 30 at the NPF Mon Division office.
Briefing the party workers, Hanghu urged party workers to come together and work hand in glove. He expressed confidence that the party would storm back to power in the 2018 general elections under the leadership of Dr. Shürhozelie and Zeliang.
Following the meeting, the NPF Central team and NPF Mon Division office bearers jointly called on Deputy Commissioner Mon, W. Honje Konyak at his office to share their views on the law and order situation in the district.
