Dimapur, September 3 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) today announced that Qhetoyi A Swu has taken charge as the new Secretary of the Ceasefire Monitoring Office. A press release issued by the NSCN (IM)’s MIP informed that a handing-over and charge-taking ceremony was held at Diphuphar-A, Chümoukedima, on September 3. The release stated that Swu "has officially taken over the charge of office."
