DIMAPUR, AUGUST 3 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) has clarified that in their August 2 statement on the Framework Agreement, “one critically important word was inadvertently left out due to typo error.” The sentence should read: “It is a matter of great satisfaction that dialogue between the Government of India and the NSCN has successfully concluded and we are confident it will provide for an enduring inclusive new relationship of peaceful co-existence of the two entities.” The error is regretted, stated a press release from the MIP of the NSCN (IM).
