Dimapur, September 29 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) has mourned the demise of Private Timong Sanguliu of Jacob Battalion, Naga Army from Thonoknyu village under Saramati Region. He enrolled in the Naga Army on November 14, 2019 and served the Naga nation with dedication till he breathed his last at Jacob Battalion on September 28, 2022 due to heart attack, the MIP, NSCN (IM) said in a press note. ‘The Naga nation pays homage to the departed soul. The service he has given to the nation shall always be cherished. In recognition of the service rendered to the Naga nation, he has been bestowed posthumously the rank of Lance Corporal,’ it stated and conveyed condolences to the bereaved family members.
