MIP-NSCN/GPRN refused to respond to every individual that poke their nose on Naga issue unless it really requires clarification. The journalistic information and analysis of Bharat Bhushan that was published in Nagaland media also falls in the category which MIP felt needless to rebut because the matter of discussion has been adequately explained by the Collective Leadership as well as by RN. Ravi. MIP solicit people participation to the movement in different ways and means however, it will be illogical to expect response to every write up and more so construing of such report as the truth! The NSCN Collective leadership after the 3rd August Framework Agreement 2015 has on many occasions in the form of Consultative Meetings to the Naga people had sufficiently laid bare the nature of the Talks and it’s prospect. Meaning that NSCN is clear of what Nagas want and therefore in order to understand together and to remove any space of confusion such Consultative Meetings were arranged. Yet it is unfortunate or rather amusing that some retired Indian bureaucrats failed to catch up at the right time but to whine at the wrong time.
How is it that the report of Indian journalist (Bharat Bhushan)dated 20th April, 2016, who is not a part of the peace talk team could be taken as Biblical truth whereas the truth shared by Collective Leadership and RN. Ravi the appointed Interlocutor of India is not? T. Solo and K.K Sema should first learn to be sincere, shed tribalism and stop manufacturing confusion before talking about Naga issue and Peace Process. Naga people know KK. Sema who is critically obsessed with a particular tribe which can be testified from his various write up with insidious communal agenda is no different from the anti-Semitic propaganda method. Exploring market to breed hatred and confusion will not bring down the curtain of Naga nationalism nor the people’s aspiration to be united.
Remember that NSCN will not leave any stone unturned for the interest of Naga people and that the hope and prayer of our people to build a strong and prosperous Nagalim shall be fulfilled. Nothing is rigid and so is the constitution of NSCN which will requires us to improve according to time. Our rich culture and tradition has withstood against all odds and it must be honoured. The interest of our people is paramount above everything and that laws, justice system and political agreement has to be made keeping in mind the purpose of NSCN existence. Therefore, leave aside all the misgiving and suspicion and join the bandwagon of support and encouragement. Kuknalim.
