Dimapur, September 7 (MExN): The NSCM (IM) Sumi National Workers (SNW) have expressed sadness over the untimely demise of Brigadier Ghoshito Yeptho-MM of GHQ Naga Army on 5 after prolonged illness at Zion Hospital, Dimapur.
Hailing from Suhoi Village under Union Territory-1, late Yeptho enrolled in the National service in the year 1985 and served the Naga nation with unwavering patriotism until his demise, stated the SNW in a condolence message.
He was a man of principle with a noble heart and in his death the nation had lost an upright Army Officer and the void created by him will be very difficult to fill in, added the message issued by Qhetoyi A Swu, Secretary SNW.
“The SNW proudly salutes this great son of the soil. It is our prayers that the Almighty God will grant eternal peace to the departed soul and comfort the bereaved family members,” it added.
