DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 5 (MExN): The NSCN (K) Secretary-in-Charge Trade & Commerce Southern Zone L. Tuccu has informed that all those transporting goods along the National Highway 53 between Imphal and Jiribam and National Highway 39 between Dimapur and Imphal under Trade and Commerce, Southern Zone are to intimate the Secretary-in-Charge, Trade & Commerce, Southern Zone, L. Tuccu (9862567272) within 10 (ten) days from the date of issue of this notification. Those found doing so without giving prior information to the undersigned shall be doing so at their own risk and that the NSCN shall not be held responsible for any action taken against them, stated a press note from L Tuccu.
