DIMAPUR, JAN 17 (MExN): The NSCN/GPRN (K) refuting over the clarification of T Keditsu CAO of Angami region, NSCN (IM) in a press note issued by Ame Konyak, under secretary, MIP clarified to all that the NSCN (IM) on which the ‘subdued Nagas’ pledged all resources and well being are a “bunch of traitors and liars”, and that “the I-K terrorist is adept in stage managed games and in weaving concocted stories so as to befool the Nagas to enhance their life of luxuries”.
Emphasizing over the murder of the two innocent Konyak boys in Kohima, the NSCN (K) stated that “such are their game (killings) to enforce reign of terror and subdued the Nagas”. Calling the two Konyak boys as mere public, who came to Kohima to earn their livelihood, the NSCN (K) stated that they “unfortunately fell into the hands of the I-K terrorist”, and that, had they really been NSCN cadres, they would have claimed their authenticity.
But it held that the NSCN (IM) after killing the two are trying to save their “dirty faces” by branding the two as ‘Sgt’ and ‘Ptv’, Naga Army of NSCN cadres. It’s just the “game and policy” of the NSCN (IM) each time they kill any innocent public to quench their thirst for blood, the release added.
The NSCN (K) reminded the Nagas that this latest incident should be taken as an eye opener and understand “what I-K group is” and their “real intend”. It also stated that the strength and true spirit of nationalism of the NSCN (IM) is manifested in the killing of non-combatant and unarmed members of opposing party and innocent public, branding them as members of one or the other faction or group.
