Kohima, November 12 (MExN): Identified as Corporal Nuthuto Toso s/o Nukul Toso of Viswema Village, Kohima district and Shangti Konyak of Minakshu village, Mon district, the duo apprehended from Secretariat area today were released in the evening. Extortion documents were seized from their possession. They were released without any condition following the intervention of AYO, SAYO, WAYO and KUK. Meanwhile, AYO President Khrielievi Chüsi has wholeheartedly appreciated the stand of the NSCN (K) leadership and acknowledged the gesture exhibited in sparing the lives of the two GPRN/NSCN cadres. He said that the gesture of NSCN (K) leadership demonstrates the willingness to maintain peaceful coexistence.
