NSCN Khaplang on Sangphure attack

DIMAPUR, MARCH 30 (MExN): The People’s Army of Nagaland NSCN Khaplang has informed that its “Mobile-5 troops over ran the Sangphure Designated camp that was being occupied forcefully by Khehoi gangsters since their expulsion from NSCN/GPRN”. “At around 3 AM in the morning on March 30, the surprise attack has been launched, in the process around 30 to 40 Khehoi gangsters entrenched inside the camp were evicted and several houses/encampments were razed to the ground. Huge quantities of military gadgets, assorted ammunitions including one M21 Chinese rifle was also recovered”, stated a press note issued by MIP. It was informed that the People’s Army incurred one casualty, namely Sergeant Tsilise Sangtam of Kisetung village under Kiphire District. “His daring offensive led and virtual sacrifice paved way for the capture of the camp. All file and ranks of the People’s Army salute the brave martyr and urge the comrades to emulate the true soldierly courage of the slain patriot”, stated the MIP note. Meanwhile the MIP note reported that, “Khehoi gangsters have reoccupied the destroyed camp after the People’s Army departed”.
