Dimapur, August 6 (MExN): The NSCN/GPRN extended festive greetings to the Khiamniungan and Yimchunger community on the occasion of Biam and Metemneo festivals.
“Festivals of Naga people represents rich and colourful heritage of the people and Biam and Metemneo festivals brings the moment of joy and togetherness among the members of the community while also giving thanks and seeking blessings for the days to come,” a press release from the NSCN/GPRN stated on Friday.
Wishing prosperous days ahead to members of the two communities, the NSCN/GPRN expressed hope that the spirit of brotherhood and unity would be strengthened through the Biam and Metemneo festivals.
