Ura Uvie FC and New Market FC today entered the finals of the ongoing 22nd NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2022 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima under the aegis of Angami Students Union (ASU).
 
Ura Uvie FC-6, FIFA FC-2
In the first semi-final, Ura Uvie FC overpowered FIFA FC 6-2. 
Nyithong Magh of Ura Uvie FC gave the lead with a goal from a spot kick in the 34th minute.
Shürhosül Zhotso increased the score tally in the 45th minute.  The third goal was netted by Nyithong Magh from a free-kick in 51st minute while fourth goal came through Menguzelie Rutsa. Nyithong Magh contributed another goal in the 82nd minute. 
Kevisanyü netted the 6th goal for the team in the 90th minute.
The first goal in favour of FIFA FC came from the boot of Haohan in the 54 minute while Laisham netted another goal for the team in the 76th minute.
The man of the match was awarded to Nyithong Magh, which was presented by Vevoyi Vadeo, former president of Chakesang Students' Union.

 New Market FC-2, Shillong Lajong -1
In the second semi finals, New Market FC entered the finals after defeating strong opponent Shillong Lajong FC 2-1.
Rhitso Mero netted the first goal for New Market FC in the 2nd minute.
Shillong Lajong FC equalised in the 49th minute through Aman Allawat.
The winning goal for New Market FC came through Rhitso Mero in the 98th minute.
Nagaland Football Coaches Association president Roko Angami handed over man of the match award to Cornelliu Pudaite of New Market FC.
 
Grand finale today
The grand finale will take place from 5:30 PM with Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio as the special guest.
The inaugural function will be chaired by ASU tribunal general Neizokhotuo Belho.
The programme will also witness special number from Kekhrie Ringa and special appearance by Timeless Band.
Organizing committee member Sedevikho T. Angami will propose vote of thanks.
