NSF Martyrs Trophy: Asufü FA to face Sechü Zubza FC in grand finale today

Asufü Football Academy will face Sechü Zubza FC in the grand finale of the 24th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2024 (Lt. Kekuojalie Sachü and Lt. Vikhozo Yhoshü) on October 5 at 1:00 PM at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.

Nagaland Power & parliamentary affairs minister KG Kenye will grace the grand finale as the special guest. The programme will also feature Neiketuonuo Sechü, Miss Grand India Nagaland 2024/Miss Popular, Miss Nagaland 2023 and Miss Chumoukedima 2023 as special appearance.

The programme will be chaired by ASU general secretary Vimeyiekho Vitso
The champion will carry Rs. 3 lakh while runner- up will receive Rs. 1.50 lakh.

Semi finalists will get Rs. 40,000 each while quarter-finalists will receive Rs. 25, 000 each.

Individual awards for best midfielder, defender and top scorer have been set at Rs.10, 000 each.

Player of the tournament will be awarded with Rs. 50,000, according to ASU.

Mentionably, the 24th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2024 under the aegis of the Angami Students’ Union (ASU), with a total of 43 teams (Nagaland-34 and Manipur -9), kicked started on September 14 under the theme “Goal for Peace.”
