Dimapur, July 20 (MExN): The Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has sought the cooperation of the Kohima police with regard to the ongoing agitation against the backdrop of what it termed as the “incompetent and backdoor appointments under Power Department”. In a letter of intimation to the SP Kohima, the NSF informed that it had resolved to stage democratic protest by picketing the Office of Power Department in indefinite form by July 20, 2011 consequent upon the Department’s failure to comply with the demand anticipated for delivering justice in the interest of the Students’ community and the Nagas at large. “Therefore, while upholding the principle stands to fight against such appointments, the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) beseeches your authority to ardently extend your cooperation during the course of the indefinite agitation”, stated the letter issued by N. Ejanthung Ngullie, General Secretary NSF.
