Dhansiripar, June 21 (MExN): Promoting Digital Transactions at GP Level Campaign was organised by NSRLM under the 75th Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) 2.0. It was conducted in Dhansiripar village and Manglamukh village under RD Block Dhansiripar on June 20 and 21.

The campaign was conducted to create awareness and promote transactions on a digital platform through DigiPay/BC Sakhis; it was attended by SHG members, NSRLM staff and Village Council members.

Leena Rajiyung and Sushila Haflongbar (both SHG members) are working as a Digipay Sakhi and BC Sakhi respectively, and they have been working to bridge the gap of banking services by giving money withdrawal and deposit services to the SHG members as well as non-SHGs.
They even conduct door to door visit to the vulnerable population especially pensioners, BLP, disabled, etc, stated a press release issued by Vinikali K Yepthomi, Area Coordinator, NSRLM BMMU Dhansiripar.
