Kohima, June 17 (MExN): The NSSD Sazolie College, Jotsoma has conducted a special camp at Mezoma village from June 11-14 last under the theme: FaCE…”For a Cleaner Environment.”
The camp witnessed 34 NSSD volunteers and two Programme Officer Thepfusalie Theunuo and Ngukato K. The special camp was marked by tree plantation, cleanliness drive and sign boards for creating environmental awareness.
The camp concluded on June 14 with C. Theyo State Liaison Officer as the Guest Speaker, and special invitees Kuosevo Casavi President, Mezoma Mechii Krotho and Vikuomhelie vice- president Mezoma Youth Organization. Meribemo Kikon and Ojensongla received the best campers’ award.
Meanwhile, the NSSD Sazolie College extended gratitude to Mezoma village community for their constant support and guidance towards the success of the camp.
