Dimapur, October 23 (MExN): The Nagaland State Cooperative bank (NStCB) Ltd during the year 2018-19 posted a profit of Rs 914.85 lakh as on March 31, 2019. This was disclosed by AK Deb, GM (Accounts, MIS/BO), NStCB Ltd during the quarterly review meeting of all 21 branches and head office held on October 23. 


NStCB, Managing Director, R Lipoktoba Aier in a press release said that the GM in his keynote address called upon the officials to achieve the DAP for 2019-20 profit projection of Rs.1500 lakhs.


Kekhwengulo Lea, Vice Chairman NStCB Ltd in his exhortation urged the branches among others to work in a professional and coordinated manner in order to achieve the target under the DAP.


L Leivang, General Manager (OIC), NABARD, RO Nagaland in her speech appreciating the achievement being made by the bank, urged to move forward with professionalism so that the bank can achieve the scheduled status and “for which NABARD is always ready to assist the bank to elevate its performance.”


The Board of Directors including P Leonard Aier, Thsapongkyu Sangtam, LN Ngullie and Nungsang Aier also spoke and reviewed the performance of the branches along with officials of the bank.


Earlier, the welcome address was delivered by R Lipoktoba Aier, Managing Director and vote of thanks was offered by Bendangnungsang, GM (Cr & Rvy) NStCB Ltd.
