Dimapur, November 28 (MExN): The Nagaland Tribes Council (NTC) today said it will be unable to attend the consultative meeting on Naga political issue scheduled for December 4 at RECMPA, Jotsoma. Without giving any reason, NTC in a release from general secretary, Nribemo Ngullie stated, it “would not be in a position to attend” the meeting.
