DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 28 (MExN): Kevikieno Rikhi from Nagaland University has qualified in Recurve Round for the Inter Zonal (All India) Inter University Archery (Women) Tournament 2023-24 which will be held from December 28 to 30.
The North East Zone inter university tournament was conducted in Panjabi University Patiala from 26 December 23 to 26.
Nagaland University Deputy Director (Sports) Dr Harish Kumar Tiwari informed that this is the first time in the history of Nagaland University that an Archery team participated in competition.
From Nagaland University, 3 men and 3 women participated for Indian Round and 1 woman for Recurve Round. Out of 7 participants, 1 woman qualified for All India Tournament. The VC, Registrar and other officials blessed the students for their success in the upcoming competition.
