KOHIMA, OCTOBER 11 (DIPR): L.K. Achumi, Deputy Commissioner (Judicial) under Justice and Law Department, Nagaland is to retire from service on attaining superannuation on 31/12/07 (AN) under Rule 19(A) of the Nagaland Judicial Retirement Rule 2006. The Deputy Commissioner (J) Nagaland, Dimapur is hereby ‘released from the service with effect from 31/12/2007 (AN).’
The Governor of Nagaland also allowed K. Chopi, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Judicial) under Justice and Law Department, Nagaland to retire from service on attaining superannuation on 28/2/2008 (AN) under Rule 19(A) of the Nagaland Judicial Retirement Rule 2006.The Additional Deputy Commissioner (J) Nagaland, Dimapur is ‘released from the service with effect from 28/2/2008 (AN).’
Moreover,Womongo Lotha, Superintendent, Deputy Commissioner (Judicial) Office Dimapur under Justice and Law Department, Nagaland to retire from service on attaining superannuation on 30/6/2008 (AN) under Section 3(1) (2) of the Nagaland Retirement from Public Employment Act 1991.The Superintendent, Deputy Commissioner (Judicial) Office Dimapur ‘is released from the service with effect from 30/6/2008 (AN).’
