Mokokchung, July 22 (MExN): The Mokokchung Police on Thursday around 11:00 am received information of one unidentified dead body found near District Veterinary Office, Yimyu Ward, Mokokchung. An update from the Mokokchung Police stated that on investigation, the Police Station-II Mokokchung personnel identified the dead body as Wongto Alen (34). Accordingly, inquest was conducted at the spot in the presence of Executive Magistrate and Independent Witnesses. On completion of Post Mortem the body was handed over to deceased relative. In this connection a U/D case vide Mokokchung Police Station-II U/D Case No.0001/21 U/S 174 CrPC is registered at Police Station-II Mokokchung and follow up investigation is going on.
