DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 24 (MExN): A dead body of an unidentified non local male was recovered in Dimapur on November 24.
According to Dimapur police, the deceased, suspected to be aged around 20-25 years, was found outside the wall of Muslim Cemetery, opposite Shyam cycle shop, AH Road.
Police informed that the deceased was found wearing light blue shirt, black Nike polo T-shirt, navy blue Nike track pants and a pair of black sandals. Inquest was conducted over the dead body with two independent witnesses and no any foul play was established, the police further stated.
According to the witnesses, the deceased is suspected to be homeless and cause of death was to be due to illness. On completion of all legal formalities, the dead body has been shifted to District Hospital morgue for post-mortem examination.
