‘One Way-down traffic’ in Kohima’s NHAK-Tinpatti road from August 28

Kohima, August 22 (MExN): The road from Naga Hospital Colony to Tinpati in Kohima via New Market- Daklane-Naga Bazaar-Keziekie-Pezilietsie has been notified as ‘One Way-down traffic’ from 10AM-12 Noon on week days (Monday-Friday) with effect from August 28. 

‘No vehicle will be allowed entry from Tinpati to NHAK Junction on the notified days and timing,’ informed a notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner Kohima on August 22. 

Vehicles heading towards town from High School were further advised to take the normal route i.e. High School-Tinpati-Razhü Point.

In addition, light motor vehicles proceeding towards High School and Nagaland Civil Secretariat Area are advised to take the road diversion via box cutting-NHAK Junction-Tinpati (Census Junction)

The notification is issued in consonance with the Regional Transport Authority, Kohima meeting held on August 16and the consultative meeting with the colony/sector authority of New Market, Daklane, Naga Bazaar, Keziekie & Pezilietsie on August 18, the notification added.
