Oren Mozhui has released two songs titled - “Naga Maike” and “Wedding day” on Friday.
Dimapur, July 13 (MExN): Singer Oren Mozhui and music producer John Pfokrelo have teamed up on new Nagamese love songs. The songs titled - “Naga Maike” and “Wedding day” were released at Big Bills Restro, Centrin Hotel Roof Top, old Sewak Road Dimapur.
Er Chetan Mazumder, Civil engineer and social worker was the chief guest of the programme. During the event Cheten said, “Nagamese songs are disappearing from Nagaland Music industry, only handful musicians are interested in making Nagamese songs. Nagamese is the most common language in Nagaland so the Naga musicians should try to give importance to Nagamese songs for better promotion.”
Speaking on the occasion, Oren said he wrote both the songs and it took him around 5 months to complete the writing, recording and music making process. The song ‘Naga Maike’ is all about a simple Naga lady who is the perfect example of beauty humbleness and kindness, through this song Oren wants to convey a message to all the people i.e. Be it your mom , sister or any other women, give love and respect them all.
The song ‘Wedding day’ is all about a couple coming together for the wedding vows.
The songs are recorded, mixed and mastered at Clef Ensemble Studio Mao gate (Manipur) with the help of music producer and sound engineer John Pfokrelo. The songs are supported by Mhasituo Bakery, Perezie Colony way to IG stadium Kohima. The songs are available on Reverbnation, Sound Cloud and YouTube.
