Painting competition held at 1st Dimapur Art Festival

The third day of the ongoing 1st Dimapur Art Festival organised by the Eastern Art Council at its gallery in Supermarket, Dimapur saw increasing number of visitors which witnessed art workshop in which various professional and amateur artists showcasing their skills. A painting competition was also held at the festival on the third day.

The winners of the art festival painting competition in various categories are:

Senior Category
1st-Hinoka K Aomi, St Joseph University
2nd-Ashim Paul, Pranab Vidyapith Hr Sec School
3rd –Rishita Deka, Living Stone Foundation International

Junior Category
1st-Olivili H Yepthomi, Holy Cross Hr Sec School
2nd-Abhrajit Dey, School: Holy Cross Hr Sec School
3rd- L. Lithai Anghla, School: Living Stone Foundation International

Later, the organisers also invited all the winners to be present at the gallery on 19th October, 2.30 pm for the distribution of prizes.
