Former minister and MLA Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu today said that the aim of any argument, discussion or difference should not be aimed at victory alone but should be aimed at progress, improvement and amicable solution.
Addressing the 7th general session of Phek Area Public Organization (PAPO) at SIRD Training Extension Hall, Azo said the people of Phek area should whole heartedly stand united in all fronts and not politics alone. “We need to come together not only in politics but also in economic and social life,” he said and also urged upon the people of the area to learn to appreciate each other and stop criticizing.
He regretted that there is no space for encouragement in Naga society today. Stating that PAPO being one of the oldest and biggest areas existing and one of the strongest backbone of Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO), the former minister also lauded the efforts of the office bearers and pioneers of PAPO and urged upon them to continue to work in the interest of the area and not forgetting the general interest of the Chakhesang and Nagas as a whole. Adoption of PAPO constitution was led by Nesucho Keyho, member constitution drafting committee, which was later released by Azo.
