Peren, July 26 (MExN): In a follow up operation in which “unauthorised messes of NSCN (IM)” were raided on July 19 where illegal arms and incriminating documents were recovered, an update from HQ IGAR (N) reported that “two unauthorised messes of NSCN (IM) were sealed in Midland colony, Jalukie, Peren district” on July 22.
As per the HQ IGAR (N), the “unauthorised messes” were sealed in presence of security forces, civil administration, CSOs, police representative and village authorities.
Meanwhile, stating that “NSCN (IM) authorities were also informed by the security forces that military wing cadres must not be found outside their designated camps,” it added, “Village authorities also requested the general public not to allow their premises to be used for such unauthorized purposes.”
