DIMAPUR, MARCH 9 (MExN): The District Health Society, Peren informed that it would oberve the World Glaucoma Day by conducting a Glaucoma screening camp at C.H.C Jalukie on March 12 and 13. A press note stated that “Glaucoma is a progressive blinding eye disease usually associated with pain, redness and headache in severe cases. Early diagnosis and timely medical or surgical intervention can prevent further damage.” The Society is also organizing a free cataract operation camp at Ahthibung PHC from March 23 to March 27.
