Kohima, July 20 (MExN): The Clairvoyance Technologies Pvt.Ltd. on behalf of the State Health Agency (AB-PMJAY), will be conducting PMJAY beneficiary verification and enrolment in Kohima district from July 23 as per the schedule given.
According to DH&FW principal director, Dr. Vikeyei Losu, all the village authorities have been requested to arrange enrolment station and make necessary announcement to the public to come to the enrolment station on the appointed day along with: Aadhaar card or voter ID or any government issued ID card; ration card or letter from village/ward council clearly listing out all the members in the household with photos pasted and signed across by chairman Panchayat/village council (format to be issued by the enrollment team) and RSBY 2016-17 card for RSBY card holders.
