The complaint pending against the former Deputy Commissioner of Noklak, who was recently transferred, has entered the police registry. The former DC, Reny Wilfred, was accused of sexual misconduct by two girls and an FIR was subsequently filed with the Noklak police on July 27.
The state government has yet to make an official comment on the allegation facing one of its officials. Despite, sources in Noklak informed that the complaint was registered at the Noklak Police Station on August 1 and the government official named in the complaint has been summoned to appear before the police.
