Kohima, January 3 (MExN): A total shutdown of power supply from January 3 to 8 has been scheduled in parts of Kohima district and Tseminyu district, the power department informed. The SDO, Transmission Sub-Division, Kohima issued a press release informing that the power shutdowns would be enforced from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm for stringing work of 132 kV D/C Transmission line from Zhadima to Nagaland University near Zhadima Village by POWERGRID. Informing the shutdowns would affect power supply in Phezha, Nerhema, Chiephobozou, Chiechema, Nachama, Botsa area, Touphema and Torogonyu, the department sought cooperation from the public.
