Peren, October 10 (MExN): The Sub-Divisional Officer Power, Peren has informed that there will be total shutdown of power supply in Tening division on October 12 from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, to allow mass jungle cutting for clearance of 33KV line from Peren Sub Station up to Tening town.
The official informed that the department staff will start jungle cutting for clearance of 33KV line from Peren town towards New Tesen village; Old Tesen village would be clearing towards Peren town; New Tesen village would be clearing up to Old Tesen village; Mbaulwa village would be clearing up to New Tesen village; Nkialwa village would be clearing up to Mbaulwa village; Azailong village would be clearing up to Nkialwa village; Nchangram village would be clearing up to Azailong village; Tening town and Tening village along with Department staff would be clearing up to Nchangram village.
Further stating that the department staff would be supervising the works, the official instructed all the concerned village chairpersons to organise workforce in their respective villages.
