DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 3 (MExN): Pranab Vidyapith Hr. Sec. School, Dimapur, held its annual prize-giving ceremony-2025 to recognise the achievements of students in academics, sports, co-curricular activities and cent percent attendance, including both students and teachers.
The programme honoured students for their performance and dedication during the academic year. The Guest of Honour for the event was Monoj Bhattacharjee, principal of the Vidyapith, who graced the occasion and encouraged students to strive for excellence in their future endeavours.
The ceremony featured cultural performances by students, including Naga traditional dances, followed by the distribution of awards to outstanding students across various categories.
C Jeya Kumar, senior teacher from the Department of Mathematics, was awarded a citation certificate for best teachership for the academic year 2025.
The event also included a farewell programme for A K Ray, senior teacher, who was bid farewell with honour. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks pronounced by Bimal Singh, assistant teacher.
