Dimapur, November 25 (MExN): Leading higher secondary schools from Dimapur participated in the innovative Annual Inter-Higher Secondary Commerce Quiz Contest 2017 held on November 22, organized by Department of Commerce, ICFAI University Nagaland, aimed at making Commerce education simpler and fun learning.
Pranab Vidyapith Higher Secondary School emerged as winner while Ram Janaki Higher Secondary School bagged the runner-up position.
The quiz contest was preceded by an inaugural programme, where the Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. C.P. Alexander, lit up the Traditional Lamp to formally open the contest. The commerce students of ICFAI University Nagaland welcomed the participants with a welcome song and the welcome address was given by Santosh Kumar, HoD of Commerce.
The winners and the participants were awarded with Luca Pacilio Trophy and Certificates by Wapangsenla Imchen, Dean (Academics). The judges of the quiz contest were Ajay Chakraborty, Asst. Professor, ICFAI and Chetri from Cornerstone Higher Secondary School, Dimapur.
